By accessing, browsing, registering an account, purchasing our ₹29 printable packs, or using the online assessment tools on OlympiadChamp ("Website", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
2. Educational Services Provided
OlympiadChamp provides hybrid academic training resources for students preparing for primary and middle school Olympiads (e.g., SOF IMO, NSO, IEO; SilverZone; CREST), including:
- Printable offline mock exam PDFs with 35-circle bubble OMR sheets.
- A cloud-based OMR evaluator that grades scanned or photographed bubble sheets.
- Interactive Computer-Based Testing (CBT) simulators with timers and instant feedback.
- Curriculum-aligned question banks, syllabus guides, and cartoon mascot explanations.
3. Single-Family License & Anti-Piracy Protection
When you purchase a ₹29 Printable Mock Pack, you receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for personal, non-commercial home practice within your immediate household:
- No Commercial Resale: You may not photocopy, resell, sublicense, or distribute printed or digital copies to commercial coaching centers, tuition classes, or third parties.
- Dynamic Watermarks: Downloaded materials are dynamically stamped with the purchaser's identifying license tokens. Tampering with or stripping watermarks is strictly prohibited.
- Single Account Token Binding: Evaluation QR codes and step-by-step mascot solutions are cryptographically bound to the purchasing parent's account. Scans by unauthorized third parties will trigger an automatic account lock.
4. Payments, Billing & Gateway
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are securely captured through our authorized payment aggregator, Razorpay, under the legal merchant account of THE TOY MAGNET. You agree to provide valid, authorized payment credentials.
5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, web crawlers, scrapers, or automated scripts to harvest questions, SVG diagrams, or mock exams from our servers.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass our QR evaluation authentication mechanisms.
- Interfere with or compromise the security, integrity, or server infrastructure of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All questions, pedagogical methodologies, cartoon illustrations (including the "Oly" mascot), SVG vector assets, algorithms, software code, and trademarks appearing on OlympiadChamp are the exclusive intellectual property of THE TOY MAGNET and protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, and Trademarks Act, 1999 of India.
7. Disclaimer of Affiliation
OlympiadChamp is an independent educational training platform. While our practice questions and mock papers are calibrated to match the syllabus standards of popular competitive bodies (such as SOF, SilverZone, or CREST), OlympiadChamp is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) or SilverZone Foundation. All exam names and trademarks belong to their respective holders.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for educational practice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE TOY MAGNET shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our mock tests or examination performance outcomes.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of OlympiadChamp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
